Hi all,
I'm new to the list, from Northern Illinois, in the U.S. I am looking to buy a new Savage bolt action rimfire rifle, so I figured that I would check in with the experts, those who own and know this rifle. I'm also wondering what is available and who in my area might have the best deals.
I am returning to the firearms community after a hiatus of over two decades. My former wife was not a fan of shooting, and when our kids were born, persuaded me to sell all of my firearms. I did not own any Savage rifles at that time, so this will be a first as well. I'm not much of a hunter, preferring targets to live game these days.
