Axis heavy barrel .223

Hi guys, i just bought a new savage axis heavy barrel in .223. I already cut a coil and a half off the trigger spring, any other mods i should do? I will be shooting her tomorrow and i cant wait. With the heavy barrel what are my options for an aftermarket stock? Oh, this is my first time on the forum. Hello from southern ontario.
