If it is a savage & not to old, you can go to Savage Arms web site & look it up. Simply go to parts finder & enter serial number.

I don't believe Savage never produced a model similar to what you have there. It is a savage flat back long action with what appears to be a factory lug nut and trigger and trigger guard. I don't know about the stock. The barrel is the strangest looking thing I have ever seen! LOL. No idea what that is all about, but I am sure it is not a Savage factory part. Frankly, I would be afraid to fire it. :) If it were mine, I'd replace the barrel and stock.

Looks kind of like a pre-'66 Savage 110. They had the swell in the barrel as in your pic where they mounted the rear sights. What does the face of the bolt look like?

I would at very least have someone drop in a go gage and no go to make sure the headspace is correct. It may be an hs precision stock or bell and Carlson unless someone painted the factory stock but I doubt that as it looks like fiberglass at the swell area in the barrel. It has been restocked for sure.

stock is bell and carlson. weird thing is. whats the chance that someone put a winchester barrel on this thing?? looks like the sights have been pulled and grooves filled with epoxy

Probably something less the zero. The dovetailed boss on the barrel for the rear sight was also used on Remington 721s-722s and pre-64 Mod 70 Winchesters. When removing the rear sight the dovetail was filled with a blank and usually flat across the top, not shaped to match the contoured of the barrel so they could be installed using a sight pusher.

By all your pics, my guess is you have a latter production flat rear action that someone rebarreled with a pre-'66 Savage barrel, and had the rear of the barrel faced and rechambered to work with the post-'65 style (current style) bolt face.

I would at least check the headspace before firing.
