So I've had my model 111 for a couple years and I'm not happy with the groupings that I'm getting past 100 yards. She's dialed in and regularly grouping 1" groups at 100 yards. However at 200 yards I'm still getting 1" groups but about 3-4 inches to the right (no wind is blowing). I'm shooting winchester supreme ballistic silver tips. What ammo are you getting good groups from with this gun?

Tried sighting in @200? Sounds like ya have a decent shooting load.

Another possibility is that you scope is a little off axis. I'd check the level on everything, and sight at 200.

I hand load but for factory ammunition the 140gr Remington Core-Lokt shot really well in my 7mm mag. Sounds like you are getting good accuracy with the Winchesters.

Set your scope to zero at the range you want. If a 200 yard zero is what you want, put your target at that range and set the scope to hit dead on at that distance. That way you eliminate the 3-4" drift to the right which would just tend to increase with more distance. When I have a day with no wind I often set targets at 400 and "fine tune" the scope at that distance.
