10 FCP stock bedding

How much should I bed on a HS Precision stock? I looked at how much is touching and there is a little space between the bottom of the receiver and the stock. Just the sides are touching. So I want to bed it and which compound is the best to work with? Also are there any videos of this?

HS alum. bedding blocks are pretty darn good and sit nicely onto the reciever. I noticed the contact points on mine as well but left it well enuff alone, espcially when it gives me consistant tight groupings.
Ive bedded other stocks before that without a dought needed it. Ive used J-B Weld and has held up well.
