10FCP Barrel cut?

I am picking up a 10 FCP HS with a stock barrel and was wanting someone to cut and thread it to 18". Who can you recommend to do this? I looked at replacement barrels and was hoping to get one pre-fit and keep the original. But this is a project gun with an idea in mind for a short patrol precision rifle so it won't bother me to cut the barrel.

I just did that exact thing with my model 11VT- still waiting on the gunsmith. I found a place locally, but I've read where a lot of people recommend adcofirearms. Do you have the means to remove the barrel from the receiver so you don't have to ship to an FFL?
