Does any one know who makes a on piece base for an older Savage model 12BVSS (rear of receiver if flat and the front has a radius) with 0 moa and preferably with a clear aluminum finish ?

Not sure what you mean by "clear aluminum".

EGW, Farrell, Warne, Leupold, Leatherwood all make 1pc bases for the flat back reciever. Most of them are matte black, but a few may be available in silver if thats what you mean.
