I finally got it today.
Just under 6 weeks, a bit under the 8-10 quoted.

I was not a drop in in my Choate tactical with DBM inlet but some careful dremel work and it's in it's home.
Finish is great and mag fits great.

I like how they dealt with the bottom bolt release, very clean.

My Savage never was great in the case feeding Dept. with the Axis mags or regular mags and factory bottom metal.
With the PTG bottom metal and AI 5 rd mag it feeds NICE, REALLY NICE.
If I'm smooth it will feed a empty case!

I'm happy overall especially with the feeding improvement.
One area that the Savage mags are better is their crazy long COAL capability but the bullet I mostly shoot is well within the AI mag capability.

Now some pics!

Glad to hear it. Reviews have been quite mixed and sketchy on details.

I'll post a pic after work.
Gun is in truck as my job site ins very near the gun club so of course I'm gonna do some shooting after work.

Thanks for the review. I have been driving myself crazy searching the 'net for reviews. How long did it take you to fit the DBM? Is it possible to post pics of what needed to be done?

Pic of bolt release
Works better than the savage button.

It took maybe 10 minutes to get it to fit.
On my Choate stock I had to widen the rear of the mag well a bit and carve out the rear step.
Not sure if it will drop in a factory DBM stock as my rifle originally had the Axis mag type stock so I can't try it in a factory stock.
I was looking at one of the clear Savage accustock demos and seem to recall no rear step in the DBM inlet.
I have to go to town to get some bullets and powder after work tomorrow and I'll try to take a closer look.

Shot 50 rounds at the gun club after work, not only was today a good shooting day but feeding was PERFECT!
