Hey guys, just a little back ground on me: prior-service, Retired Army, Expert Riflemen qualifier for my nearly 5 years of service. Have hunted my entire life, well since age 7. Have never shot competitively and have no desire to do so. I simply love to shoot and push myself to always improve. Hunting and sending quality shots is most important to me. Call me lazy, but I just don't like tracking :). I am currently looking to build one of my many rifles, my new Savage Model 111 trophy hunter in 30-06 w/accutrigger.

Thank you everybody. Absolutely love this forum. You guys are great. You're very welcome. My time in service was the best years of my life. Id still be in if it were up to me. Guess thats the price we pay for putting foot to ass :). GaCop thank you for your service too bud. Sean, my in-laws live outside of Sedalia and own a large farm so I have very nice place to shoot. Several places to shoot beyond 1000 yds. Gonna be fun :)
