What is the weight of the 116 weather warrior accustock as it comes from the factory?

Mine with a hinged floor plate weighs 2 lbs 14 oz according to my scale.

Awesome, thanks. Think a boyds tacticool stock would be a good replacement if i had it bedded? Any other stocks that will fit the 116 center feed with the bolt release on the bottom? Thanks!

Given the reports of soft plywood and splitting issues I've seen on the Tacticool stock I'd cross that one off my list.

You have a stainless Weather Warrior. A high quality composite stock would seem fitting.

McMillan would be happy to make you a stock for that rifle in any of several styles and you'd be happy to own it once you saw the fit and the quality.

You do pay more for this kind of quality and service but you get more as well. To me, the stock and the trigger are the primary interface between rifle and rifleman. Get both of these right for you and you are golden.
