Resurrecting an old thread.
Finally after a move to Houston and lots of other things I shot this rifle in a 600yd match this weekend.
Dead calm day. No wind at all light overcastand very little mirage. Just Tarzan/Congo hot.
It has some issues but I don't think they are realted to the barrel. Without changing the zero for 20 shot string.
8,8,9,10,13 more 10s and Xs, 9,9,8. WTH over? Every string looked almost identical. Needs bedded? Screw torque?
Any ideas? Intuitively I wouldn't think that this related to the barrel but is caused by the action and stock.
I have checked the clearance when hot and cold and it appears to be all good.
