I am a 27 year Army veteran who retired as a senior NCO. I did 2 back to back tours in "beautiful vacation variety land, Southeast Asia" in '67-'69. I was a sniper on the second tour and spent 12 years on a Army rifle team firing an M-14 competitively. Arty [Arthritis] put an end to that years ago. :p I am not a hunter but enjoy target and skeet shooting very much. My retirement dream, which I am now beginning to fulfill, is to travel all of North America in my 5th wheel RV with my soon to be new bride Elaine. The only Savage firearm I own is a Stevens Model 311E 410 gauge double barrel just given to my by my soon to be mother-in-law. I have listed my other firearms in my profile. Within the next year I [we] will be moving to the mountains of Southwest Virginia. I have lived in the flat-lands of Eastern NC way too long! :p

Thank you B52buff. Thanks for your service as well. My big brother, now flying the skies of eternity, was a B-52 navigator/bombardier the same years you served and your username was his license plate name in Virginia.
