Heavy target stock for SA

Anyone know someone that sells/makes a heavy (6lbs+) target stock for a savage 12 SA. Barrel channel doesn't matter cause I'm going to have to inlet the 1.355" barrel I have on it anyway. Looking for a 3.5"+ forend to fit my barrel block too (2" square)

Ethan for something like that you will need to go full custom or make your own.
A couple of years ago a member posted in the Picture Threads of a factory stock he modified similar to what you want.( a search may turn it up ).
Couple of cuts on table saw then some .5" ply wood glued & screwed then some bondo and shaping, then painted with auto-candy paint, turned out real nice.
Think the thread actually showed 2 that he did.

I kinda figured I'd have to build another one. I've built 8 target stocks for various savages (mine and others) and at the end of every one i keep feebly looking around to see if theres any being commercially offered....to no avail.
Well it looks like ill be calling Boyds for 3 gunstock blanks so i have enough wood!
