Bolt Knob removal

I have a fairly new 12LRP wonting to change out bolt knob Utube it looks easy ... The issue im have is Cant break loss the allen nut dont wont to Break
something any suggestions on what to do....

I had to stand on mine the first time I broke it loose. But I'm 6'5" 240lbs. Some guys have had to jump on theirs. I doubt you would break it though.

I put the bolt in a vise with padded jaws and used a 3/8" drive breaker bar with allen socket, but most guys lay the bolt on the floor then step on an allen wrench to break the BAS loose.

As long as the allen wrench is in good you won't mess it up. Just put it on the floor and listen for the pop when you stand on it. When you put it back together it doesn't have to be that tight.

I just use a 3/8th's impact wrench and it comes off easy.
