I have recently had a chance to briefly examine a Mossberg Maverick bolt-action rifle. Although the overall action, safety. and bolt shroud seem to say' Remington Model 700', the bolt bead, breech, and barrel nut seem to say 'Savage 110/Axis'. Is there any commonality/interchangeability here, like with the new Marlin entry-level rifle?
