I'm going to call it a bolt action rifle as I do not know the model number, it is the same as my 112bvss that I used to have.
I imported this action about 10 years ago from the US it had stamped on it 300wm.
I put a 264wm barrel on it and it shot great, I foolishly sold it to friend who never used it and now I have it back.
Unfortunately there is a part missing, I phoned Savage today and they were unhelpful to say the least.
I need a rear bolt baffle and I cannot find one anywhere, I was hoping that this site might be able to point me in the right direction..

Rifle is a Long action serial number E55847 with a flat rear receiver. I don't even know what year it is.Savage just said that they don't make parts for rifles that old..

I have tried Brownells/Midway & Numrichs and savage of course..

many thanks in advance

I now know the rifle is a 112 and requires a flat top bolt baffle like the one below.

This is for a LH action and require it for RH action

Round top will work, if you do not like the round top it can be ground down to make it flat. May want to talk with local gunsmith, export/inport laws may restrict shipping.
