These guys have all manner of great Bore Guides which you can buy at Midway, Brownells etc.. https://www.possumhollowproducts.com/Home_Page.html
As for the rod go with a Dewey 1 Piece Cleaning Rod.

I use a Possum Hollow #5 on my 308 Axis. I drilled a solvent port hole in mine, but I suspect it's not necessary.

I just use a Bore snake. I'm not a big fan of a Rod unless I have brass stuck or something like that.

They have a nylon 36 inch made for 30 caliber over at Midway that should work just fine.

Tipton carbon fiber rods are awesome. I'll never buy anything else as long as they're available. Get the 44" model in case you get a longer-barreled rifle later (you probably will). Remember, you gotta clear the stock, too, so longer is better.

i'm using a Tipton carbon fiber cleaning rod .270 -.45 cal 36" long and it is the best cleaning rod i've ever used and it follows the rifling with little to no effort and not using a bore guide !!! . I'm also using Pro-Shot bore brushes and mops to clean and lube the bore
