Weaver Grand Slam 6-20x40

I've got a guy at work that is selling a used Weaver Grand Slam 6-20x40 with AO for a $200. If the scope is in good shape does it sound like a good deal? I don't have much experience with Weaver.

It is a very good buy if it is in good condition. A new one will be anywhere from $365-400. Grand Slam scopes have very good reviews.

I have one and they are very nice. I'm looking for a Sunshade for it and Weaver does not stock them anymore because the scope is discontinued. Does any one know of a Sunshade that well fit this scope?
