Bolt handle with socket in end?

Does someone have a picture of a bolt handle with a 1/4" socket in the end of it? I have someone to make one for me, but he would like to see a picture of one. I saw one in a video testing a scope, but can't find it.

I am still trying to figure out why I would need a 1/4" socket in my bolt handle.

One thing that comes to my mind is, most people take a factory bolt handle grind/cut the end down and thread it for the new knob. If your using the end of it as a wrench, this would eventually unscrew the knob off of the handle. I guess you could pin or stake the knob in place, and use a ton of loctite. ;) I would say under continual use it would still work itself loose. The only proper way to make this knob is it would have to be cast or machined it as one piece. Sounds like a big investment. Either way I don't see it having the ability to place much torque on a bolt/nut without twisting or breaking the handle.

The bigger question that come to my mind is; how often would you need to take the scope on and off out in the field? Or why would the nuts/bolts work themselves loose, and need re-tightened ?

I guess it has some wow feature, but to me, I think a bolt handle with a beer cap church key, built on the end would have more use, and would be a much cooler accessory. ;) Which brings another question to mind; how do you tell the difference between good beer, and yuck/crap beer? Answer is the good beer doesn't have a twist off top.

The only time I've seen this was on a very expensive tactical sniper rifle that was a switch barrel. The wrench that was built into the end of the bolt (I don't think it was a 1/4") was used to switch barrels, tighten/loosen scope mounts, and disassemble the rifle.

Actually I am having an 11mm socket glued into the solid machined stainless steel bolt handle. The end of the handle has a thick end where the hole will be drilled. The socket end that attaches to the ratchet is six sided which will help the J-B Weld hold.

It fits the nuts that tighten the scope rings to the Picatinney rail.

The reason I am having it made is because I want it. 8) 8) 8)

Besides it's my money. :P

PS: If I ever want to change it all I have to do is put a torch to heat it up and knock it out.
