Hello again you all
I,m staying away from reloading for now until i,m in a better situation. Well i just had the rifle checked out and its fine the bore is flawless so thats good and i had the ejector spring replaced and i also got several box,s of 243 4 vmax 58 grain and 5 hornandy 100 grain one,s

So now i,m looking at this Zos Scope that 10 x 40 x 60 and some pics are below and my question is this is this scope better than the Bushnell Banner 6 by 40 one i have now the scope is $100 bucks and it,s new and i like the reticle and it,s illuminated but i can,t find an image of what it looks like any where.

The scope retails for around $250 he said and it also has the sunshade hand wheel and mounts.

But how much stronger is it compared to the Banner i already have i,d like a scope that is good for 300-500 yards

Any advice is greatly welcome thanks Austin

My scope is below and then the other

And this is the scope i,d like to get is the price good at $100 bucks and $35 bucks for next day shipping.

And here,s my targets for this shoot I,m sue the scope is off and that darn laser bore bullet laser is way off because it hits the side of the bore and it needs to be adjusted but i have a good idea for a green laser bore site that just fits in to the muzzle and have tapered tightening nuts and ill have adjustable laser thats easy to adjust not like that dam bullet bore site one that has glue in the set screws

I would probably forget the ZOS and just put down another $100 to get a 20x SWFA SS. Unless it is a very high end optic the glass will not be clear enough to take advatge of all that magnification and it may not even track or hold zero properly.

It would make more sense to keep your current setup and save a little more until you can purchase a better one. You would be throwing money away on this one.

I concur with what's been said above. Cheap scopes aren't worth it.

The ZOS are a very cheap POS scope....don't waste your money on it. The Bushnell Banner you have is going to have better quality glass and will be clearer....buy once, cry once...when you are ready to buy a scope, be prepared to invest at the very least $200, but more like $300-$400 minimum on something like a Nikon, Swift, Burris, Zeiss, SWFA, Bushnell...if yer gonna go cheap on glass, expect poor performance....for $400 you can find several decent optics with lifetime warranty's...

Hi
OK i think I'll do that and just keep the current. I,m not really into target shooting right now thought i was. But after shooting yesterday i got bored rather quick and i just cleaned the rifle and put it away till later. But i may work on the bore site some that i have in mind. And i won that Mitutoyo laser mic i was wanting and i,m making a jig to check the bullets i bought. and see how the y mic out. Later Thanks again Austin

Hi Again you all
I had went ahead and got the scope and it,s pretty good in clarity and i just had an issue with finding rings for it hell it was only 100 bucks and i,ll save up for a better one later but for now it works fine believe it or not between the scope and the green laser it is sighted for 100 yards on a pop can 3 out of 5 not bad with out using the scope just the laser

Also the optics really not bad for the price they are just as clear at the 10x as the banner is.

And i also picked up some IMR powder for the 100 grain bullets i bought Reloaded 40 of them and everything worked out great better than spending a $1.25 a bullet they come out to 0.41 cents each and yes i read some reloading manuals and followed the instructions to the TI,m going to buy some more powder for the ligther bullets IMR 4320 or can i use the 4350 but i want to stay with in the MFG guidelines for proper loads The MFG date is below for the 100 grain and 55 grain loads
