Again, my 243 is one of my favorites! I just build a 6.5x47L and I am beginning to wonder why!

But it's a fine gun, I might have a better opinion after getting to the 600 yd range!

Thats exactly the gun that is inspiring me. Very nice. I have handled those many times at the shop. I just decided to go my own route and build it myself. This way I get to have fun instead of saving money for an unknown amount of time.

Again, great rifle. Its no wonder your so happy with it. :o

Stevens 200 .243 with a SSS trigger and a used Nikon Monarch scope. I have way less money into this gun than you can buy a decent 700 for. The 2nd group is with 58grn Hornady Vmaxs. The first group is with Sierra MKs but the stock trigger which, to be honest, wasn't great. This gun will also put 100grn soft nosed bullets into a .5 at 100.

Best bang for the buck rifle you can buy.
