so just got a new fcpk in 308, i notice it came with 10rd mag label with "accurate-mag" on side. I'm guessing it AICS mag?
however, i dont have the trigger guard/bottom metal to seat this mag. I belief fcpk only accept sav 4 rd mag, for 10rd it need a trigger guard etc??

thats a bummer indeed.
shoot it single shot.....if anything, you,ll see how it shoots, and at least slow down on the amount you shoot.

Yep, they definitely sent you the wrong mag. That mag is for one of the DBMs that takes AICS style mags (CDI, Accurate Mag, PTG, etc…).

You need the standard Savage mag without the clip. One like this (but for you chambering): https://store.savagearms.com/magazines-misc-parts/magazine-box-10fc-11fc-12fcv.html

You can still shoot it without the magazine, just hand feed them into the chamber and shoot away....

I love my 10 FLCP-K in 308....great rifle. Took me awhile to find a load it really loves, but once I did it drives tacks.
