Anyone know of a gunsmith that works on Lyman sights? 99 irons need help

My 99 has the lyman tang mounted sight and one of the holes are stripped. I need it recapped and an oversized screw setup.

Thoughts?

If it were mine I'd "repair" the threads in the existing hole with Loctite "Form A Thread" or JB.
