Are all Burris scopes made in the Phillipines? Have they always been made there??

Depends on too many things to discuss, but here is the nuts and bolts.
Other than USO, NO US company uses 100% 'Merican parts. They merely assemble some things here. That said, even USO uses "Out of factory" parts, including raw glass at times.
Sort of like the bottle of "Ocean Spray 100% apple juice" I bought this morning. Reading the fine print we can see that "100% apple juice" also has "Other natural flavors and ingredients"...
darkker. Great reply. When I worked for IBM/Lexmark, we bought our high end color laser printer 'engines' from different Japanese mfgs.
We added our own controller card and tested the printers on an assembly line. Bingo 'manufactured is USA'.....
Scope companies do it to the extreme.
Redfield's Revenge scope is made 'over there' The Revolution states 'made in the USA'. Yep, but the glass is from the same overseas company. Those models because they are simply assembled here, can be sold as 'made in the USA'...
Wordsmithing, carefully done. ha ha
