I recently purchased a Mark IIG (haven't had a chance to fire it, yet) and have a question on the rear sight. Unless I miscounted, the rear sight "ramp" (or whatever it's called) has 9 or 10 notches to adjust elevation/distance. What increment of distance does each notch represent? If I want to set it for, say, 100 feet, which notch should I set it in? Thanks.
