Tried a search, sorry if this has been covered before.

Have a staggerfeed 200 action that I would like to use DBMs in.

Have seen a few posts where CDI is mentioned, do they do the conversion in full? Just ship a rifle to them and it comes back accepting mags?

IIRC, Jeff charges $210 for his metal and $60 for inletting (includes return shipping).

So call CDI and talk to Jeff or Pam, tell them you want a Savage short action staggerfeed DBM and stock inletting, ship the stock you want to use to them, and in 7-10 business days the stock will be returned to you perfectly inletted with the DBM. Alternately, you can buy a Manners or McMillan or Stockade that is factory inletted for the CDI SA/SF bottom metal.

Simply pop the factory mag well off the staggerfeed action, drop the barreled action into the stock, torque down the action screws CDI supplies, load up an AICS-pattern magazine and go 'choot.
