What is the wait time on a new barrel, needing a 8 twist, 6xc, varmint?

Have a buddy who needs a new 6xc barrel, just now scraped up the money, anyone know where I can get a Shilen, CBI, or comparable stainless, varmint or heavier barrel, in short order? This is for a small shank savage.
