Has anyone seen this before?

It gave me a bit of trouble ejecting it, it never really loaded. Not sure how I could have done it, any ideas.

Fairly new 111 Hunter XP about 100 shot thru it.

Looks like either bad QA from the factory or it was dropped, stepped on maybe. Looking at the case neck, I would vote for bad QA.

I'm not sure, but I think if you sanded it down and put some more polyurethane on it'd be fine!

Oh, the bent bullet, yea I'd say unless there was a pogo stick around your ammo it's a factory defect. I can't think how you would bend one that bad without absolutely knowing you did it at the time.

call the manufacture , they will want it back
they will make up for your loss

If they dont want it back have a friend that reloads pull it apart and dispose of properly.
