I have 3 other savage 110 rifles in .223, .270, and .308. but I couldn't help pick up a .243 tonight. It has the cheapo plastic stock that has to go, bot otherwise its a pretty nice rifle. Scope is a cheapo, but I have a better one for it anyway. I guess I should start looking for stock options. I seem to prefer wood, but I might stray on this one. Anyhow, that's what I am starting with.
