And here I sit looking for a firing pin for my 1914 model savage. OH WELL . And yes I have looked at all the gun part sites.

That sucks. Just sold the breach block and firing pin yesterday. I did see a couple if firing pins somewhere for sale. I won't delete this thread and if I find them I'll let you know. I do have a real nice barrel and receiverand also forearm and op rod. The reciever has all the small parts with all the little springs and such . The barrel looks real nice too with a nice bore. I don't know how deep the rifling is supposed to be but I can see it all the way through.

I didn't think Savage made a 1914 Pistol. Great catch though. Call before ordering.

They didn't - made a 1915 though and that's not listed, might just be a typo.
