What is the purpose for the feedback score by everyone's username?

I am going to assume it is part of the new iTrader system for leaving feedback for classified's transactions.

Only those usergroups with access to the classifieds (i.e. Administrators, Moderators and Paid Members) have access to the iTrader system.
