Called SWFA today to place a order for a scope, base and rings.
And the lady who answered the phone couldn't give me any technical information what so ever because the info wasn't listed in her computer.
It would seem to me that a company selling high tech items such as optics would make more of an effort to have folks who answer the phone have some idea as to what they are selling. Not that I would expect any one individual to have all the answers, but she had no idea what so ever.
Now for you guys who say she is just an order taker I told her when she first answered the phone that I had some technical questions before I placed my order. So instead of transferring me to someone with more technical expertise all she could tell me was to call the manufacturer of the products I was inquiring about.
Seems a bit lame to me.

No because I didn't receive an answer to my questions.

Call back and ask for David Or Brady or you can email david@swfa.com, or brady@swfa.com I have never been steered wrong by either of them and they seem to have the answers if not they will ask.
I am not giving them testimonials to help their sales just stating my experience with them because I have probably gotten the same woman and she should stick to answering the phone then redirecting you to someone else.
