I've had so many other projects going I laid aside my 111 hunter for a couple of years and just now started developing hand loads for it.

Since bullets and powder have become scarce and expensive I've decided to cut back on my group sizes to 3 since it can take an entire box of bullets to due an initial ladder or group shot test. This worked OK with my Nosler 120 ballistic tips deiven by RL 19 as they showed decent grouping:

The 3 shot group method was a bit more unreliable with the 140 VLDs driven by RL 22; several groups had 2 shots very close or in one hole with a third a flier; typically like this:

I'll probably do the 140's over in bigger group sizes but with less range in the charge weights. I'm going broke fast doing this stuff! : ) I have to admit that I knew I was pulling shots when shooting the 140 VLDs as I was tired and not concentrating as hard.
