Model 25 barrel

I have a model 25 and was wondering about doing a barrel swap. It's the lightweight varminter in 222 with the laminate thumb-hole stock and I'm looking at putting a 20 cal barrel on it but there is a question about how the barrel is put on. I saw another thread from a while back with some banter about this but no definite answer. Anybody know?

I have one of the model 25's from the first year they made them....3 or 4 years ago I think and mine is pinned in like the rimfire barrels. I think the newer ones have some sort of barrel nut similar to the 110's but I'm not 100% on that.

Thanks, I've tried a few places and can't get a definite answer. I believe it's pinned but have not tried to do anything with it yet, I'm pretty sure it is. On that, I'm going to sell it. It's a nice gun, shoots great but I've got a build I want to do and needed to swap the barrel and that seems to complicate things.
