338 LM 510 Whisper switch barrel

Anyone done this. Looking to build a 510 Whisper. And though mite as well have a 338 to go with it. Anyone doing 510 barrels for the 338 action? That's what long winters do to me to much time to dream.

What's a 510 Whisper? You got my interest peaked. Is something like a 338 LM necked up to a 50?

Yes 338 necked up to .510. Used in sub sonic loads mostly with suppressor.

How available are dies? Where do you get them made? Being a whisper I understand data is a challenge and that being said you have to neck turn the shortened 338 brass for form a shoulder on the brass for head space. I've wanted to to a 500 whisper for quite some time (same concept but with 378 Weatherby brass that can headspace off of the belt) but was never able to locate off of the parts and pieces.

Not really set on the 510 Whisper just want to shoot 750 gr Amax. Open to other cals.
