Loading a round in my gun seems difficult. The shelf that you lay the round on sucks and to keep from damaging the brass when you close the bolt you really can't seat the bullet out too far.i wonder if a plastic shelf could be designed that positioned the round a shallower angle. I don't think this would be hard to machine.
Right now I don't even use the shelf . I pick up the gun , drop the round in the chamber ,and close the bolt on it. This is very cumbersome.
