Reusability of DBM in Aftermarket Stock

I disassembled a new, never fired, non accutrigger/non accustock 7mm Rem Mag Trophy Hunter as the beginning of a rebuild project. With an aftermarket sporter stock should I expect the trigger guard and drop box magazine & frame to be re-usable with some stocks? Or should I budget for new hardware along with the stock?

As long as the original bottom parts that surround the opening where the mag goes into the stock are separate pieces, ( removable from your original stock,) you should be okay. The problem with the newer Trophy Hunters is those pieces are molded into the stock. They do not come loose so as to re-install into the new stock. Also, as far as I know, Boyds is the only company that makes stocks for the TH.
