I need a few measurements from a youth stock on a LA

Could someone get me the measurements from the tip of the forearm to the front action screw and from the rear trigger guard screw to the end if the butt stock.
The 111 I got my son for his birthday is just a tad too big for him and I want to modify and refinish the stock with him instead of buying a new youth stock.
Also this is a staggered feed

What I found is the youth length of pull is 12 1/2in and the normal 13 1/2in. To me this just doesn't seem right. I think the youth is shorter than that can anyone confirm this?

I don't have one to measure, but 12.5 is correct for a Savage.

I'm 5'7 and I use a 13" LOP on all of my rifles.

I did cut the butt the inch and it fits a lot better now.
The measurement I need now is from the front action screw to the front of the stock. I am going to cut the barrel down to 20in from 22in. and I don't want it to look weird
