Question about the Tacticool stock

Has anyone had a barrel shorter than 18" on an action in a Tacticool stock? I know the website says the longer forend is for 18-24" barrels but I'm wondering if a 16 1/2" would be past the end of the forend. Thanks in advance for any help.

I will have a 16.5" in one later this year. I can measure mine tonight.
