any exp.w/the EHCG rail?

Looking to see if anyone has any knowledge on the extreme hard core gear scope rail
that has the bubble level built into the rear of the rail. sorry cant do a link/pic on
my phone. EBay and midway has 'em. Thanks for any replies.
