Boyd's stock options.

Anyone know if Boyd's would make a left hand Axis stock and "not cut the bolt notch", so I can use my right hand action in it ?

RP12, if they wont! buy the left and make it anti dextrous for the bolt handle. Or cut the handle grove and fill the opposing side.
