My B-day is the 26th this month! And I live in the same state too! Surely to goodness sending a sling to me would cost far less than a gun to Oregon

ShawneeB I think you should make some videos on making slings etc etc etc.
Then maybe your nose would quit growing "It's in the mail" hum ya right!
No but seriously I think videos might help those of us that may want to try another hobby, could be taught with lots of close up shots . WHAT do you think?

I did start another thread with pics, in off topic "paracord projects...................." . I can add some videos from Utube. They are some pretty well done videos.

ShawneeB, It was probably an Ithaca mod.37. They were sold that way to the general public years ago. Dog drive standers in this area love them and will pay a premium price. They had a reputation for being hell with any size buckshot. The standers needed to stop the deer/dogs. They still hunt that way some. I'm not big on it, but we have some areas that it's the only/safest way due to wild hogs and poisionous snakes. Three yrs. ago had a 54" eastern diamondback strike at me,luckily when he struck at me ,he went between my legs. His rattles were broke, but there was still 13 rattles, wonder how many he lost. Paul
