I did a deal with Gunshak where I needed to return an item. They issued an RA and refunded my CC very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Good to hear. They issued a full refund for me also, but the part being sold was absolutely abysmal. C.S is good to go, but my part was lacking quality. I've heard the counterfeit market is playing a considerable role w/some parts being sold. All i can say is Buyer beware, pay attention to what people post of their experiences.

Great service from them with a recent barrel order.

Recoil lug. On their website $25.00
Out of spec. .005-.007" side to side
top to bottom out by .0045"
locating pin was hacked up w/ a file (literally)
T.I.R on concentricity was .005" from centerline of the inner bore
which is the small shank 1.062" diameter. Far from an improvement
of the factory part.......and its $25 more.

I have purchased items from them many times, very impressed with their CS.

Recoil lug does &^^%$ for accuracy per quite a few threads here :-). So stick to the factory one.

Yep. And I did. Gunshack was very cordial and I find no fault w/ them whatsoever. As many know counterfeiters have weaseled their way into many products.
