223 to 308?

If I wanted to convert a 223 to a 308 all I need is the barrel gage and a new bolt head correct?

-and also a front bolt baffle without the wing on it(to allow full bolt travel for the longer cartridge).

Single shot or magazine feed? If magazine feed you'll need a different magazine for .308.
