stevens 200 limbsaver recoil pad

anyone got a part number for the limbsaver recoil pad that screws on to the butt of a stevens 200. I would rather not have the slip on kind. Do the screws come with the limbsaver pad and if not can you get the old screws out of the stock recoil pad with out tear the old pad up?
