Hey guys, has anyone had any experience with this ammo? i just bought it at a local shop because it was the only 308 rounds i could find and its pretty cheap. I'm just worried my 1-10 twist will over-stabilize the small 147grain bullet so it wont be very accurate but ill know more soon! and when it says steal I'm assuming its copper plated steel?

I wouldn't expect it to be accurate...not from being over-stabilized though.

Shooters have used 110, 125 and 130 grain bullets in 308 and 30-06 rifles with 1:10 twists for many decades and over stabilization has never been mentioned as a problem. Your 147 gr bullets may or may not be accurate but the stability will not be the problem.

I brought a box to the range yesterday, and it was an interesting experance. I couldn't hit a thing, but that might of been the fact I'm running iron sights on the hog hunter at 100 yards and they arent 100% yet
