is there any other tricks/tips in helping me especially when you've got to cock the bolt to re-install into the rifle ?? . Watched a few vids on youtube and i've tried them but i've got limited strength in one arm which is not allowing me to push on that button to get the bolt back into position

Did you try hooking the button on the edge of a table and pulling down on the bolt ?

I use an open end wrench or adjustable wrench that slips over the bolt body.

Put the bolt in the rifle, after it comes to a stop, push it some more, this compresses the spring, push the pin over the top of the action and into place in the cocked position.

Initially, don't screw the BAS all the way in. When reassembling the bolt, screw the BAS in enough for it to catch, then cock the bolt using any of the techniques mentioned, then, after it is cocked, tighten the BAS the rest of the way.
