That is on my Things That I Do Not Eat list, right under Liver, gizzards, eel, and ox tail.
My sister ate some rattle snake once and she said it was chewy and didn't taste very good.
I think it must be one of those either you like it or you don't. I love bear meat, but alot of people I talk to don't lime it. To each his own!
