FCP 10/110 HS 338 Lapua Hard Case

Can't seem to locate a hard case with adequate protection for this without buying the Pelican 1750 due to the overall length (49.5"). Also the length would require oversize baggage fees for checked baggage at the airport. Considering breaking it down for air travel. Anybody do this? Will I have issues with POA/POI every time I take it apart and put it back together?
Have not taken it apart yet but understand the HS stock has aluminum rails and lug?

Your optic is attached to the rifle there fore you should have no problem as long as you torque up like hs precision says.It is usually 65 inch pounds front and back.
