I just bought one of these from Rogers Sporting Goods for $112 delivered:

The Swivel Action Shooting Bench (http://shop.biggametreestands.com/product.php?prod_id=138&cat_id=23)

Seat and top swivel 360 degrees

The thing is easy to set up, and weighs right at 40lbs, I have a Rhino so transport for me is easy, I really would not want to try to pack it very far.

I have made five from plans on other sites. They cost around 50 dollars each to make. Home Depot or Lowes will cut and thread the pipe for the legs. You do need a welder to weld the couplings to the metal plates. I used 1 1/4 pipe on them except for one. I used 1 1/2 pipe on one to see how much sturdier it would be. It was a little sturdier but not worth the extra weight.

I really like Okey's tables. Nice job.

heres mine.
Built it for about $50 in parts, including the carpet for the top. Mine is a bit wider, but I wanted to be able to slide the gun side to side without moving the table while shooting in a dogtown.

also have one with the legs like you got. Works good, but it was too short. I'll probably re-do it and put a 2x4 on the bottom to mount the legs too, and it'll raise the tabletop 1.5inches.

How sturdy is your table with the fold up legs? I have a set of legs like that that I can use but thought it might not be stable.

pdog- What angle did you use when you cut the 2x4 to mount the legs to?

Its not too bad, but it will rock side-to-side a little cause the lags done mount solid. With them being made to fold up there has to be some play in it. I wouldnt hesitate to build another table using them, but it needs to be taller(think my top height was about 30-31", but have to measure to be 100%).

Dont really know the angle. I cut one side till I thought it was where I wanted it, then traced it out on the other 2 sides so it would match. They actually angle out more than I woulda liked, so I recut the wood so it would stand up just a tad more.

It is a very, very sturdy table once those legs dig into the dirt.

A couple of others that I used their ideas. I love smart people. :)

That is a very good how-to article. I think if you arent using a whole piece of wood though that the wood could split over time with the small angled pieces he shows. Dont know, but I was first thinkin of that when I built mine, then just went with a full pc of wood figuring it would also help give it rigidity.
I need to do the last step still, making the mounting brackets for storing the legs.

I just used some table legs off a folding table with a 3/4" piece of plywood and routered the edges...works well
